        Nestled in our own woods, our large lot is half a mile from the beach, this little 450 square foot home, provides you with everything you need ! Enjoyed by generations, now available to you, you are going to love it!


        Seasonal beach clubs with dining are very popular and every direction off route 5 will fill anyone's appetite. Local hotdog stands, pizzerias, Ice cream and such. Local green houses in Evans and the cowboy store in Irving are fun to visit. I enjoy going to Evans National Bank its a new adorable small town branch with an old time setting. Tim Horton's open 24 hours and drug stores are conveniently located.
